The main villa features three bedrooms: two with king-size beds and one with twin beds that can be separated. The open-plan kitchen includes a central island and stunning sea views, flowing into a spacious living area. A large veranda offers a dining space and a lounge area overlooking the pool, sea, and garden.

The villa includes a 65 m² basement apartment, Akoya Pearl 2, which connects internally via a staircase with a double-locking door or externally through a private gate. This apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining area, a storage room, a bedroom with two twin beds that can be separated, and a sofa bed for a third guest.

There is also an upper veranda accessible from inside and by an external staircase, with a second outdoor kitchen and fridge, ideal for relaxed breakfasts or afternoon drinks.
